Yoga therapy is a practice proven effective, used by eight Israeli hospitals.
It combines asanas and pranayama with modern knowledge of anatomy, physiology, neuroscience and psychology. You strengthen your back, relieve muscle stiffness and reduce stress levels, regardless of your faith.

It contains questions about your physical condition, daily routine and life satisfaction. I want to get to know you in order to help you better.
I'll observe you, make some physical tests if necessary and assess areas that are weak. Then we will draw a roadmap for you. We will set measurable goals, according to where you want to be in a month, three months, and six months.
I’ll make a plan for your home practice and our practice at the clinic. You will work once or twice a week with me and at home.

You can choose whether you want to buy one-time classes or a subscription and come to my clinic once a week. After knowing you for a while I can offer you to switch to Online if you prefer that.
When you come first we talk. You tell me how you feel this week – what has changed, what troubles you. I am totally present for you and tailor each session to your needs. I also keep track of your progress.
You will finally learn how to enter each asana, and understand what’s going on there so you can actually perform that later at home correctly. You will not leave frustrated not getting it. I will also teach you to move from your inner support and not according to the rules of asana. You will always move safely later on.
